Self-Compassion Meditation Series

Develop skills for self-compassion and self-care through this six-week meditation series offered through a new partnership between Ithaca College and the Wellness Initiative of the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre, and Dance! The series is offered via Zoom on Thursdays, 12:30-12:50pm, February 3-March 10. Open to students, faculty, staff, and the general public. More information here.
